Seeking to encourage active participation in the arts in our region, Townsend Opera is launching a recital series to highlight the many talented singers living and working in our community. Presented in the casual atmosphere of Deva Cafe in downtown Modesto, these recitals will allow opera patrons to enjoy quality singing in an intimate and personal setting while creating a platform for local artists to perform in our community.
