About Valley CAPS:
For nearly 45 years, Valley C.A.P.S (Center for Advanced Personal Success) has operated adult day programs throughout California’s Central Valley, providing specialized services for adults ages 21 and over with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDDs). As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Valley CAPS empowers its participants through year-round, person-centered programming focused on independence, dignity, and choice.
Their comprehensive offerings include:
- Case management and independent living skills training
- Job skills and employment opportunities
- Self-advocacy, money management, and transportation training
- Healthy peer interaction, relationship education, and community engagement
- Safe internet use and self-determination planning
