LCR is pleased to announce the keynote speaker for the May luncheon - Former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. Throughout Mr.Villaraigosa's career he has promoted education, economic development and the need of a better infrastructure in California. In addition, El Concilio will be giving a presentation on the services they provide to families in Stanislaus County. This is also the kick-off for 2017-18 Backpack Drive.
