| The Hispanic Leadership Council (HLC) of Stanislaus County invites you to attend the 24th Fiesta Mexicana to raise money for scholarships for the Hispanic Youth Leadership Council (HYLC) programs throughout 24 local High Schools and four Junior High schools in our area. The Fiesta Mexicana event will have performances from past and present Hispanic Youth Leadership Council (HYLC) Students. Tickets for the event are on sale for $50.00 and include dinner and entertainment. | |
