A celebration of photographic arts 20 Venues, 140 Artists in 28 Days Event grand opening of Foto Modesto will be February 3, 2017 at the Mistlin Art Gallery, 1015 J Street, for 6:00pm - 9:00pm, at which time to artists who will be displaying art around town will be introduced. There will also be an ongoing Third Thursday Artwalk on February 16th when most of the exhibiting venues will be open for your view.
