Chef Miguel, from Delicioso, will demonstrate how to prepare a three course meal.

Salad: Caesar Salad with Romaine Hearts, house made croutons, cheese, Caesar dressing.

Entree: Chicken Piccata made with chicken breast and lemon caper sauce, mashed potatoes and veggies.

Dessert: Crème brûlée
