SUMMARY:Soroptimist Community Christmas Tree
DESCRIPTION:How does it work? Tags representing nearly 2500 children are placed on the tree. The tag indicates the child's first name\, age\, sex\, clothing and shoe sizes\, in addition to information about "a needed gift" and "a Christmas Wish". Individuals select a tag and then check it out at the Kiosk. After shopping for the child\, the tag and gifts are returned "unwrapped" to the Kiosk. The gifts are then taken to a wrapping facility\, where they are wrapped and then picked up and delivered to the children by the referring agencies or schools. This program is an opportunity to bring a little "Christmas Magic" into the life of a child.
