It's 1962 Baltimore Maryland\, teenager Tracy Turnblad's dream is to dance on The Corny Collins Show\, a local TV dance program based on the real-life Buddy Deane Show. When Tracy wins a role on the show\, she becomes a celebrity overnight\, and\n\n			\n\n			meets a colorful array of characters along the way. She then launches a controversial campaign to integrate the show.Hairspray is a beloved American musical with music by Marc Shaiman\, lyrics by Scott Wittman and Marc Shaiman.\n\n			\n\n			Directed by Lynette Borrelli-Glidewell\n\n			\n\n			Musical Director Cathryn Tortell\n\n			\n\n			Choreographer Kim T.
