He has extensive expertise and a\n\n			passion for training and motivating mentors and has trained more than 25\,000 mentors nationwide. DeVone currently serves as Neighborhood Safety Director and Director of the Office of Neighborhood Safety for the City of Richmond California. DeVone is also the founder and CEO of Advance Peace.\n\n			\n\n			Lunch Speaker\n\n			Emmanuel Escamilla\n\n			CodeX\, Founder\n\n			Emmanuel Escamilla grew up on Olivero Road in South Modesto which has been infamously called "the Devil's Street".
