Marriage at the Mansion
Commisioner of Civil Marriages  Donna Linder, and her staff invite engaged couples to join them as they preform marriage ceremonies on Valentine's Day as the Histotric McHenry Mansion located at 906 15th Street in Modesto. "Marriage at the Mansion" offers each couple a romantic experience that will take them back in time. 
Couples must sign up in advance. Ceremonies will start at 10 a.m. and run through 4 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2020 - Valentine's Day! Marriage licenses must be purchased appointments made in advance at the Clerk Recorder's Office located at 1021 "I" Street in downtown Modesto. Cost of the license and ceremony is $121 or $126 for confidental marriage licenses. Certified marriage certificates are an additional $15 and must be paid by check. The non-religious ceremonies will be conducted in Spanish and English by linder, her staff and invited deputy marriage comissioners. Guests are limited to 15 for each wedding, and children must be 12 or older to attend.
