Rising young Banda and regional Mexican musical star Luis Coronel is headed for the Gallo Center! This exciting artist signed a recording contract at age 16, and that soon led to such hit singles as “Mi Niña Traviesa,” “Será Mas Fácil,” and “Escápate.” Coronel has a huge presence on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, with hundreds of thousands of fans (including no less than Luis Ortiz). His debut album, “Con la Frente en Alto,” reached the top spot on Billboard's Regional Mexican Albums chart within three weeks of release. Coronel’s subsequent album, “Quiero Ser Tu Dueño,” hit number one on the Top Latin Albums chart and became his first to reach the Top 40 of the main album charts. Opening for Coronel will be another gifted young Banda performer, accordionist Tito Torbellino Jr., who also has shared the stage with Larry Hernandez, La Arrolladora Banda el Limon and Gerardo Ortiz.
