The first hour the group will be taught how to save themselves time by being organized. Beaudette Consulting will walk you through a Lean Manufacturing program called "5s". You will also participate in a fun activity that will be hands-on to show everyone how much time they could save themselves if they implemented this program. (it works in an office environment or out on the "shop floor". The second hour we will talk about team-work and communication. How to lead and work within a problem-solving team that together work on SMART goals that produce business results.
